• Windings Start: June 15, 2027

• Ship Date: Oct 15, 2027

• 30-45 days on Rail: Nov 15, 2027 – Nov 30, 2027

• 5-7 Days from Rail to Pad: Dec 5, 2027 – Dec 10, 2027

• Depending on PSD schedule- Assembly, Oil Fill, Testing: Dec 20, 2027 – Jan 20 , 2028

Status

• Production currently on hold. Resuming production June 2027 pending NTP.

• Designs complete and brushings only item ordered. All other materials will be ordered following NTP with production.

Structure of Sale:

• Buyer covers milestone payments to date.

• Transfer the assignment of the contract to new buyer.

• Buyer takes over all obligations and payments in the contract.

Note: Full Milestone Payment Schedule, unit pricing, & costs will be shared upon NDA execution.
