TAI'S ADVISORY SERVICES
TAI offers full scope management and advisory services for new projects, idle or late stage gas-fired assets
IDLE ASSET SERVICES
TAI's Idle Asset Advisory
Whether your asset has reached its full economic realization or market dynamics have led to early decommissioning or project cancellations, TAI develops the most profitable solution
Monetizing non-producing or gray market assets pinpoints the need to shift one's focus from a "top-down" to the "ground-up" development and construction approach. TAI uses its knowledge of the global market, new project developments, global relationships, and experience to originate opportunities that recover the full remaining life of these assets.
APPRAISALS & VALUATIONS
TAI considers the technological condition and current commercial environment to provide full scope valuation of your units. We also consult for a number of financial institutions in their evaluation of capital "stranded" power assets, and have been retained to represent bankruptcy committees in the divestment of their own assets.
PLANT & EQUIPMENT RELOCATION
TAI's 30+ year history has entailed moving assets across 6 continents, providing us with the expertise to deliver strategic, cost-effective relocation support. Our company can manage the physical relocation of your idle assets into strategic markets worldwide, providing a full turnkey solution where required
NEW PROJECT PROCUREMENT
TAI's Strategic Sourcing
Our awareness and monitoring of transitional situations among equipment owners around the world offers unique access to equipment at off-markets prices
Under TAI's Sourcing Agreement, a global search for stranded gray market assets, fitting project criteria, is conducted. This includes on-site inspection and due diligence of candidate equipment, strategic vendor sourcing for service bulletins, warranties, parts provision, and logistical support for global equipment shipping.
EXPEDITED EPC BID MANAGEMENT
We team up with EPC companies throughout the world to provide the best turnkey solution for the end user. As installation can amount to 2/3 the cost of a new build power plant, TAI takes a unique management approach to lowering the overall cost per KW installed for projects around immediately available unused and used secondary market equipment
