Through our holding company we strategically buy unused power generation equipment that enable our clients to capitalize on fast-track capacity needs, while our management company exclusively controls and relocates unused or low hour assets for sale around the world.

We provide full scope advisory and management services including asset valuations, investment recovery, logistics, and risk management. Our consulting team, consisting of leaders from the major OEMs and EPCs in the power industry, offers strategic advice and holistic management support for expedited asset deployment.

While OEMs are bound to the lead-times of their networks of hundreds of suppliers, delaying new projects or putting plant availability at risk, TAI strategically acquires and supplies assets and critical parts to become our clients' third supplier.
